Best red velvet cookie ever!

This cookie is amazing! The cream cheese frosting on it is irresistible. So fluffy and delicious, yet not too overbearing. Cookie was baked to perfection. We typically like to re-heat our cookies for 10s in the microwave but this one doesn't even need it -- can be enjoyed chilled or at room temp!
